MDT结合Mini-CEX评分量表在口腔肿瘤临床实习中的教学研究
Effect evaluation of multi-disciplinary team combined with mini clinical exercise evaluation in the teaching of o-ral cancer clinical practice

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the application effect of multi-disciplinary team(MDT)combined with mini clini-cal exercise evaluation(Mini-CEX)in the teaching of oral cancer clinical practice.Methods:Fifty undergraduate clinical medicine learned in Cancer Center,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected.They were divided into experimental group and control group with 25 in each.Students in experimental group were taught with MDT method,while students in the control group were taught with traditional teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated by Mini-CEX score and questionnaire survey.Results:Mini-CEX scores showed that the experimental group was better than the control group in doctor-patient communication,clinical judgment,organizational effectiveness and o-verall performance(P＜0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving learning enthusiasm,knowledge understanding,teamwork,doctor-patient communication and clinical thinking(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of MDT combined with Mini-CEX method in teaching of oral cancer clinical practice can make a better teaching effect.关键词
