基于一主线两主体三阶段五过程的农产品安全性检测课程教学改革

Abstract
In teaching of agricultural product safety testing courses,taking students'vocational ability development demands as a start-ing point,completing a certain index test as main line,adhering to educational concept of teacher leading role and student principal role.Whole teaching process was divided into three teaching phases:pre-class exploration,in-class guidance,and after-class expan-sion.During in-class course,teaching adopted five steps efficient interaction of reviewing old knowledge,analysing meaning,know-ing method,learning skill,evaluating effect,to solve pain points of high learning perplexity rate and low learning interest in traditional teaching.It was a replicable and promotable case of teaching reform with internalization of subject knowledge,sufficient interaction between teachers and students,and fully aroused students'learning enthusiasm,which realized a good effect on nurturing.关键词
