Abstract
In context of digital agriculture,role and status of agricultural data are becoming increasingly important.On the one hand,agricultural operations involve multiple links,cover wide areas,and involve numerous personnel;on the other hand,agricultural data serves as an important basis for agricultural research,policy formulation,and market analysis.Therefore,unlike utilization of other data,legal,compliant,and reasonable use of agricultural data is a crucial link in safeguarding rights and interests of all parties,mak-ing confirmation of agricultural data rights essential.Based on compliant utilization of agricultural data,it was attempted to deeply ex-plore legal logic and equity relationships behind data right confirmation,and propose feasible paths for utilizing agricultural data right confirmation to effectively protect legitimate rights and interests of all parties,with aim of promoting steady advancement of agricultural modernization.关键词
