Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of individualized distal femoral valgus cut angle(VCA)in patients with primary total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods:A total of 80 patients who received TKA treatment for the first time in Longnan First People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.TKA surgery was performed in both groups.The control group underwent VCA surgery at the distal femur with 6° fixation,while the study group underwent VCA surgery at the distal femur.Both groups were followed up to 3 months after surgery.The lower limbs force line,functional recovery of knee,pain degree,ability of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:One week after surgery,the hip-knee-ankle angle and coronal tibial prosthesis angle in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in coronal femoral prosthesis angle between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after surgery,the Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the Pain Visual Analogue Score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel Index score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,the World Health Organization QOL summary table score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized distal femur VCA has certain application value in the patients with primary TKA,which is conducive to improving the strength of the lower extremity of patients,promoting the functional recovery of the knee joint,alleviating pain degree,improving the patients'daily living ability and improving the quality of life.关键词
