以地沟油为溶剂的棉针织物活性染料染色
Dyeing of cotton knitted fabric with reactive dyes using gutter oil as solvent
摘要
Abstract
Gutter oil is used as solvent to dyeing of cotton knitted fabric.The effects of the dosage of sodium car-bonate and dyestuff,dyeing temperature,bath ratio and time as well as the times of reuse of gutter oil on dyeing results are investigated.The dyeing effects of traditional dyeing and gutter oil dyeing are compared.Then,the color feature value,lev-elling of dyeing and dyeing fastness of the dyed fabric are tested.The results show that when the dyeing temperature is 65℃and the holding time is 60 min,the bath ratio is 1∶30,sodium carbonate is 50 g/L,the dyed fabric will get uniform and deep color.Compared with traditional dyeing and gutter oil dyeing,the K/S value of gutter oil dyeing fabric is slightly higher,and the fastness is close to that of traditional dyeing.关键词
