可透视定位板联合微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定应用于无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折患者中的效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of fluoroscopy positioning plate-assisted minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw on thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury.Methods:A total of 94 patients with thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury in the hospital were selected as the study subjects from November 2022 to November 2023,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional open pedicle screw internal fixation,while the study group was fixated with fluoroscopy positioning plate-assisted minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation.Compare the clinical and imaging related indicators,back and waist function,and incidence of complications between two groups.Results:The observation group had shorter hospitalization time and bed activity time than the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the observation group had a smaller vertebral wedge angle and a higher anterior vertebral height than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the Oswestry Disability Index score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the study group was 4.26%,which was lower than 10.64%in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fluoroscopy positioning plate-assisted minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw can be applied to patients with thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury,which can promote the recovery of normal vertebral height,low back and injured vertebral function.关键词
