Abstract
The foam dyeing process suitable for cashmere fabrics was studied.The effects of dye concentration and anionic foaming agent SDS concentration,the type and amount of foam stabilizers,and penetrating agents JFC concentra-tion on the foam viscosity,wettability and foaming power and stability were investigated,and the foam dyeing process was optimized.The results showed that the optimal foaming dyeing process is as follows:SDS 3.0 g/L,CMC sodium 1.0 g/L,polyacrylamide 0.5 g/L,JFC 3.0 g/L,the speed of rolls 2 m/min.With the increase of dye concentration,K/S value of dyed fabrics is higher and the fixation rate ws above 89%.关键词
