Treatment process for pearl powder/metal powder anti-adhesion in continuous rotary screen printing
摘要
Abstract
In order to shorten the continuous printing process of pearl powder/metal powder in the production pro-cess of fabric,and avoid the confusion of fabric pattern caused by inaccurate alignment of the fabric after drying,add a printing process during the printing process of two different colors of pearl powder/metal powder to reduce the anti-adhe-sion of undried pearl powder/metal powder to the next pearl powder/metal powder printed mesh frame,thereby avoiding the mesh frame from sticking to the fabric surface again.Not having to dry each color of pearl powder/metal powder can short-en the process flow,reduce energy and carbon consumption,improve the quality of fabric printing,and enhance the diversi-ty of fabric pearl powder/metal powder patterns.关键词
