Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of integrated fracture treatment and exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:The data of 100 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to Yantai Fushan District People's Hospital from August 2021 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into a control group and a study group based on different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional surgery,the control group with conventional rehabilitation intervention,and the study group with integrated mode of fracture treatment and exercise rehabilitation intervention.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The pain degree,hip function,motor function,life ability,treatment effect,quality of life,rehabilitation Index and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Harris Hip Function Scale,Joint Range of Motion Scale,Fual-Meyer Assessment Scale,Modified Barthel index score and World Health Organization of Quality of Life score in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The fracture healing time,starting weight bearing time and bed rest time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the recovery degree of hip flexion and extension activity was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 14.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of fractures in patients with intertrochanteric fracture treatment and exercise rehabilitation integration mode,can improve the clinical effect,alleviate patients pain degree,improve the function of the hip,motor function and life ability,promote the recovery process,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life of patients with关键词
