Study on the Deployment and Measures of Japan's Semiconductor and Digital Industry Strategy
摘要
Abstract
Through the study of relevant literature,this paper comprehensively observes the development from formulation to implementation,revision,and re-implementation of Japan's"Semiconductor and Digital Industry Strategy"from 2021 to 2024.It analyzes the background and overall framework of the strategy and the characteristics of its organization and implementation.The study also reviews the main content and progress of its five major specialized strategies,summarizing Japan's policy directions and international competition strategies in the field of semiconductors and digital industries.Japan's Semiconductor and Digital Industry Strategy is an integrated development strategy that is horizontally deployed around the two major global trends of"digital transformation+green transformation,"and vertically arranged along the main line of"digital foundational technology—advanced information and communication infrastructure—information processing—digital technology applications in various industries."To implement this strategy,the Japanese government has significantly intensified domestic resource allocation and organizational implementation with unprecedented efforts.On the international stage,it capitalizes on geopolitical and economic tensions as well as alliance networks to attract and mobilize global resources,aiming to complement its strengths by learning from others.The ultimate objective is to enhance its global competitiveness.关键词
