Abstract
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of replantation of severed finger in patients with nail root dissociation anastomosis of palmar vein.Methods:The data of 60 patients with distal finger amputation by distal nail root treated in Dongguan Liaobu Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment conditions,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with severed finger replantation.The amputation survival,finger function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The survival rate of severed finger in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of finger function in the study group was(78.45±12.03)points,which was higher than(50.94±9.89)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was 0.00%,which was lower than 13.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The survival rate of patients with nail root dissociation anastomosis of palmar vein undergoing severed fingers replantation is higher,the appearance,sensation and function are recovered well,the complication rate is low,and it has high clinical application value.关键词
