Abstract
The influence of different upper exhaust pump power of the heat setting machine and different upper ex-haust combinations for each chassis on the fabric surface temperature during the processing of the shaping machine were explored.The increasing or decreasing of the upper exhaust pump power has a relatively small impact on the surface tem-perature of the fabric.But increasing the upper exhaust power will increase the energy consumption of the heat setting ma-chine.Increasing the upper exhaust volume of the first six chassis of the heat setting machine can improve the surface tem-perature of the fabric during processing in the machine.Furthermore,it was verified that the thermal efficiency of the cleaning and shaping machine can be improved by approximately 37.5%.关键词
