Abstract
From 1954 to 2023,Japan's scientific and technological assistance to Africa has undergone more than 70 years of development and adjustment,and has gone through three stages:economic development,political orientation,and the formation of scientific and technological assistance.By dispatching experts,receiving trainees,and technical cooperation projects,it has provided strong assistance to Africa in introducing and absorbing advanced technologies and processes,learning innovative management systems and methods,and cultivating professional talents in many fields such as agriculture,forestry,fisheries,public welfare,and human resources,and has also brought huge benefits to Japan.In the process of promoting the construction of the"the Belt and Road"and building a"China-Africa community with a shared future",Japan's practices and experience in scientific and technological assistance to Africa in top-level design,"soft science"construction,diversified cooperation and refined management are worthy of China reference.关键词
