Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous injection of dexmedetomidine on sedation and analgesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in Jinan Third People's Hospital from May 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group.The study group was injected with dexmedetomidine intravenously 15 min before anesthesia induction,and then continued to pump until 30 min before the end of surgery,while the control group was injected with the same amount of normal saline in the same way.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After anesthesia induction(T1),at tracheal intubation(T2)and at the beginning of surgery(T3),the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the two groups had certain fluctuations,but the fluctuation amplitudes of the study group were smaller,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time,extubation time and respiratory recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After entry(T0),T1,T2 and T3,the fluctuation ranges of malondialdehyde and total antioxidant state levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Ricker sedative agitation in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of Ramsay sedative agitation was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 h,1 d and 3 d after surgery,the pain visual analogue scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dexmedetomidine in the anesthesia of laparoscopic total hysterectomy can obtain the ideal sedative and analgesic effects,accelerate the postoperative recovery speed of patients,and maintain the stability of patients'signs.关键词
