Abstract
Frontier science and technology talents are the key variable and basic support for realizing the"innovative"and"quality"development of frontier science and technology fields and industries.At present,China's frontier science and technology talents have three major challenges:shortage and imbalance of talent supply,insufficient supply of industrial application talents,and difficulty in talent introduction and exchange.In order to cultivate and develop frontier scientific and technological talents,major countries in the world have carried out special planning for frontier scientific and technological talents,guaranteed sufficient financial support,integrated development of educational,scientific and technological talents,synergistic development of talents by industry,academia and research institutes,alliance cultivation and introduction of talents.The strategy of leading and specializing in the development of talents has been adopted,and the application of talents has been driven by strong financial support,the fusion of science and education and the synergy of one body have been promoted,the industry has led the development of talents by the school-enterprise linkage,and the alliance has given equal weight to the development of talents.Based on this,we put forward relevant suggestions for the cultivation and development of China's frontier science and technology talents:to establish a talent development system throughout the whole cycle and at multiple levels,to build a mechanism for collaborative development of industry,academia and research of frontier science and technology talents,to construct a whole chain of frontier science and technology talents with the help of opening up and cooperation,to build a growth echelon of talents,to create a community of industry,academia and research with the help of collaborative linkages,to open up and integrate and to enable talents to leap forward in their development.关键词
