摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine and propofol on sedation and analgesia in vitrectomy patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methods:A total of 80 patients with PDR vitrectomy admitted in Xinjiang 474 Hospital from June 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into a study group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group by random number table method. The study group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine, while the control group was anesthetized with propofol.Perioperative indexes, pain degree, sedation score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:At the beginning of surgery,30 min after surgery and at the end of surgery, the Pain Visual Analogue Scales score in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the Ramsay Sedation Score was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the beginning of surgery,30 min after surgery and at the end of surgery, the mean arterial pressure and respiratory rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after surgery, the satisfaction of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Propofol,Dexmedetomidine has better sedative and analgesic effect in patients with PDR vitrectomy, with lower mean arterial pressure, less respiratory rate and higher satisfaction.关键词
