Research of Australia's Skilled Migration System and Its Implications for China
摘要
Abstract
Talent is the core resource for economic development,is in increasingly high demand worldwide,and a new global competition for talent is sweeping across the globe.As a traditional immigration country,Australia has a relatively well-developed skilled immigration system.By analyzing the development history and characteristics of Australia's skilled immigration system,this paper will outline the factors influencing the system and key optimization reform measures at the current stage.The aim is to promote the construction of China's skilled immigration system,further enhance China's immigration management philosophy,introduce immigration laws with Chinese characteristics,optimize the occupational list,refine assessment standards,improve support and guarantee mechanisms for overseas talent introduction,and deeply implement the strategy of building a talent-driven nation in the new era.关键词
