Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The clinical data of 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Liulin Hospital in Hexi District of Tianjin from December 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into a study group and a control group according to different intervention programs,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,and the study group was combined with Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated 2 months.The hemorheology indexes,lipid indexes,nerve function,ability of daily living and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of fibrinogen and erythrocyte specific volume decreased in both groups,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triacylglycerol,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in both groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the high density lipoprotein level was increased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale were decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group;the scores of the Barthel Index scale and the Stroke-Specific Quality of LIFE scale were increased in both groups,and the study group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the hemorheological indexes and lipid indexes,and improve the neurological function,daily living ability and quality of life of patients.关键词
