Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bupivacaine Liposome Injection in local analgesia in patients with rib fractures after surgery.Methods:A total of 40 patients with rib fracture treated in Tianjin Xiqing Hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 20 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Bupivacaine Liposome Injection,and the control group was treated with conventional analgesia.The pain degree,analgesic drug use,patient satisfaction and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups.Results:The pain Visual Analog Score at different time points after surgery of the experimental groups were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of analgesic drugs used in experimental groups at 24,48,72 h after surgery were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%,which was higher than 90.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 20.00%,compared with 30.00%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bupivacaine Liposome Injection shows good effect in local analgesia after rib fracture surgery,which can significantly reduce postoperative pain,reduce the use of analgesic drugs,improve patient satisfaction,and has good safety.关键词
