基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗心力衰竭气虚血瘀证文献可视化分析
Visualized analysis of literature on the treatment of heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To visually analyze the relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome collected in CNKI from 1986 to 2024,understand the current re-search hotspots in this field and explore new scientific research ideas.Methods:CNKI was searched for journal literature on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome from the estab-lishment of the database to February 2024.A total of 1053 articles were retrieved,and the articles were manually screened.The articles included in the study were exported in Refworks format.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software was used to visually analyze the annual number of publications,authors,institutions,keywords,etc.Results:After screening,609 articles were finally in-cluded for study.From 1986 to 2010,the annual number of publications increased slightly;after 2010,it began to rise sharply,showing a vigorous development trend.A total of 432 scholars were involved in the 609 articles.The top 20 authors published 94 articles,accounting for 15.4%.In terms of the distribution of research institutions,TCM universities in the three eastern provinces,Shandong and Beijing were the core strength of research.Qi deficiency and blood stasis,heart fail-ure,heart function,coronary heart disease,clinical efficacy were high-frequency keywords.The research hotspots were mainly exploring the mechanism of self-designed prescriptions or classical prescriptions,and using moxibustion,acupoint application and other external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine for effective intervention.Conclusion:The cooperation between teams from different institutions is still far away,and in-depth communication and exchange are insuffi-cient,which still needs to be strengthened to promote closer cooperation.关键词
