麻醉恢复室护士危机管理能力的质性研究
Crisis management competence of nurses in post-anesthesia care unit:a qualitative study
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the components of crisis management competence of nurses in post-anesthesia care unit(PACU),and to provide reference for the construction of a comprehensive crisis management competence system of nurses in PACU.Methods Based on the 4R crisis management model,a descriptive study was used to conduct semi－structured interviews in 15 medical staff in PACU of a tertiary grade－A general hospital in Hubei Province,and the data were analyzed by directional content analysis.Results A total of 4 themes and 10 sub－themes were extracted including crisis avoidance and prevention(crisis awareness,prudence and sensitivity of ethical laws and regulations);crisis identification and intervention(assessment and early warning,knowledge reserve and update);crisis response(critical thinking,first aid skills and coordination,emotional control and organizational coordination),and crisis recovery(psychological adjustment,post－event attention and support,reflection and summary).Conclusion The construction of crisis management competence system for nurses in PACU should base on crisis avoidance and prevention,crisis identification and intervention,crisis response and crisis recovery,among which the content and connotation of crisis avoidance and prevention and crisis recovery should be specifically focused on.关键词
