基于数据挖掘技术探析按摩灸主治病症及应用规律研究
Exploration of the indications and application rules of massage-moxibustion based on data mining technology

Abstract
Objective:To explore the indications,acupoint application rules and prescription rules of massage-moxibustion based on data mining technology,and to provide reference and ideas for clinical application and scientific re-search.Methods:We searched the literature related to massage-moxibustion included in China National Knowledge Infra-structure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WANFANG),China Biomedical Literature Database(SinoMed),and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)since the establishment of the system until De-cember 31,2023.We performed screening,data cleaning and data standardization,and established a standardized database.EndNote9.2,Excel 2021,SPSS Statistics27,Origin 2022,and ancient and modern medical record cloud platform V2.3.5 were used to analyze the indications,compatibility with acupoints and channel tropism of massage-moxibustion,as well as the drugs,efficacy,properties,flavor and channel tropism of massage-moxibustion prescriptions.Frequency statistics,asso-ciation analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis were performed.Results:140 articles met the criteria were included,involving 25 kinds of internal,external,five senses,skin and gynecological diseases.The dominant diseases in-cluded cervical arthralgia,vertigo,lumbago,arthralgia and limb arthralgia.95 acupoints were compatible,with a total fre-quency of 479 times.The high-frequency compatible acupoints were Baihui,Ashi and Dazhui,respectively.106 Chinese herbs were involved,with a total frequency of 665 times.The high-frequency medicines included Aiye,Honghua,Gegen,Sigualuo,Taoren,Jianghuang,Dilong,Xixin,Moyao,Duhuo,Ruxiang,Guizhi,etc.By association rule analysis,18 common drug pairs were obtained,and the drug pair with the highest support was Honghua and Aiye.5 clusters were obtained by cluster analysis:(1)Aiye;(2)Ruxiang and Moyao;(3)Guizhi,Xixin and Duhuo;(4)Taoren and Dilong;(5)Honghua,Jianghuang,Gegen and Sigualuo.The core moxibustion therapy prescription was obtained by screening the core complex net-work of Chinese herbs,which consisted of Aiye,Honghua,Jianghuang,Gegen,Taoren,Sigualuo,Dilong,Ruxiang,Guizhi,Moyao,Duhuo and Xixin.Conclusion:Massage-moxibustion is mostly used for medical and surgical diseases.Vertigo and cervical arthralgia are its dominant diseases.Massage-moxibustion possesses the functions of warming and activating merid-ians,relaxing muscles and promoting blood circulation.The acupoints such as Baihui,Ashi and Dazhui are often selected to dredge meridians,promote Qi circulation,and activate blood circulation.Moxibustion therapy prescriptions often use Chi-nese herbs to warm meridians,dispel cold,promote blood circulation and dredge collaterals.关键词
