基于文献计量法对透刺法随机对照试验研究的可视化分析
Visualized analysis of randomized controlled trial of penetration needling based on bibliometric method
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To visually analyze the literature of clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT)of penetration needling in the past 20 years based on bibliometric method and draw a visualization map.To understand the research status,hotspots,dominant diseases and research trends of penetration needling in emerging fields.Methods:The literature of RCT of penetration needling was searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database(WANFANG)and VIP database from 2004 to 2024.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used for visualized analysis.Results:The top 3 insti-tutions in terms of the number of publications of RCT research literature on penetration needling were Heilongjiang Univer-sity of Chinese Medicine,Anhui Acupuncture Hospital and Yueyang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and West-ern Medicine Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Dong Guirong and Bao Chunling were the highly productive authors.The top 5 acupoints groups of penetration needling therapy were Yangbai-Yuyao,acupoints groups of governor vessel,Jiache-Decang,Yinlingquan-Yanglingquan,and Neixiyan-Waixiyan.The keyword co-occurrence map showed that acupuncture,stroke,facial paralysis,and scalp acupuncture had the highest frequency of key-words.The keyword time line map showed that stroke and facial paralysis were still the dominant diseases in the research of penetration needling,and in recent years,penetration needling was mostly combined with needle warming moxibustion,electroacupuncture,acupoint injection,imaging technology and other methods.9 clusters of stroke,penetration needling,acupuncture therapy,peripheral facial paralysis,penetration needling at scalp points,scapulohumeral periarthritis,elec-troacupuncture,simple obesity and migraine were obtained by cluster analysis.The keyword emergence map reflected that swallowing training,quality of life,rehabilitation exercise and other keywords were currently highly popular and may con-tinue to be studied.Conclusion:The number and quality of the literature published on clinical RCT research on penetration needling have been increasing continuously,and the main research object is neurological diseases.The combination with imaging and improving the quality of life are future research hotspots and development trends.However,the cooperation be-tween various teams needs to be strengthened urgently,and more large-sample and multi-center clinical studies should be carried out to promote the further development of this field.关键词
