Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of copper scraping combined with pricking blood cupping therapy on patients with cold dampness obstruction type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with cold dampness obstruction type of cervical spondylosis treated in Hezhang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a research group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pricking blood cupping therapy,and the study group was treated with copper scraping combined with pricking blood cupping therapy.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and duration of symptom remission were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.57%,compared with 5.71%in the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The relief time of neck pain,stiffness and mobility restriction in the study group were shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Copper scraping combined with pricking blood cupping therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis with dampness obstruction,which can effectively promote the patients to relieve neck pain,stiffness and movement limitation,and has a certain safety.关键词
