田岳凤教授"针药相须"临床验案举隅
Professor Tian Yuefeng's clinical case examples of mutual reinforcement among acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese medicines
摘要
Abstract
The school of mutual reinforcement among acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese medicines has a long his-tory and can be traced back to BC.Acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese medicines have their own advantages.In clinical practice,acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese medicines are applied according to diseases.They cooperate with each other and give full play to their respective advantages,so as to improve the curative effect.Professor Tian Yuefeng,under the guid-ance of the sages' theory of"mutual reinforcement among acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese medicines",uses acu-puncture and herbal cake moxibustion simultaneously to treat diseases,which give full play to the role of acupoints,medi-cines and moxibustion.Herbal cake moxibustion is guided by the ancient thought of combination of moxibustion and medi-cine.It is a method of preventing and treating diseases by making medicines from classic or empirical prescriptions into herbal cakes,and combining selecting prescriptions,medication and acupoints selection based on syndrome differentiation for moxibustion.Acupoints are the places where the Qi of the viscera and meridians of the human body gathers,enters and comes out of the body surface,and are the places where the Qi and blood of the viscera accumulate.Specific Chinese herbal ingredients have selective effects on specific meridians and viscera.Herbal cake moxibustion puts the drugs on the acupoints to ignite the moxa cones.With the help of the heat of the fire,it is transmitted through the meridians and reaches the viscera through the collaterals and meridians.This gives full play to the effect of the combination of drugs and acupoints.Herbal cake moxibustion can be used to treat a wide range of diseases,such as deficiency syndrome,cold syndrome,stasis syn-drome,and blockage of Qi,blood and meridians caused by exposure to pathogenic wind,cold and dampness and traumatic injury.Prof.Tian Yuefeng organically combines acupoints,drugs and moxibustion to prevent and treat diseases,which is conducive to the expansion of the scope and types of clinical treatment.In this paper,Prof.Tian Yuefeng's 4 medical cases of syndrome differentiation for treatment under the guidance of the theory of mutual reinforcement among acupuncture,moxi-bustion and Chinese medicines are selected to share with colleagues.关键词
