基于脑肠轴理论观察朱氏头皮针对卒中后抑郁患者情绪及胃肠功能的影响
Effects of Zhu's scalp acupuncture on mood and gastrointestinal function in post-stroke depression patients based on the theory of brain-gut axis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Zhu's scalp acupuncture on mood and gastrointestinal function in pa-tients with post-stroke depression(PSD)based on the theory of brain-gut axis.Methods:63 PSD patients with gastrointesti-nal symptoms were randomly divided into a Zhu's scalp acupuncture group(32 cases)and a conventional acupuncture group(31 cases).Patients in the conventional acupuncture group were treated with conventional acupuncture at Baihui,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Jiquan,Chize and Weizhong acupoints,assisted by acupoints of Quchi,Hegu,Yanglingquan,Zusanli,Geshu,Xinshu,Danzhong,Taichong and Zhongwan,once a day,6 times a week for 4 weeks.On the basis of the treatment in the conventional acupuncture group,the patients in the Zhu's scalp acupuncture group were treated with scalp acupuncture at the head-face area,top-head area,upper energizer area and lower energizer area.The needles were retained for 4～8 hours,once every 2 days for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS)were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The HAMD-24,NIHSS and GSRS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD-24,NIHSS and GSRS scores of the Zhu's scalp acupuncture group were lower than those of the conventional acupuncture group,and the differences of HAMD-24,NIHSS and GSRS scores before and after treatment in the Zhu's scalp acupuncture group were higher than those in the conventional acupuncture group,with the statistical significance(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the effective rate based on HAMD-24 score and the effective rate based on GSRS score between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Zhu's scalp acupuncture can regulate the nerve,endocrine,spleen,stomach and intestinal tract to achieve simultaneous brain-intestine treatment,which has certain curative effect on improving mood and relieving gastrointestinal symptoms in PSD patients.关键词
