Abstract
As a key component of creative industry,clothing pattern carries multiple functions such as artistic,commercial and cultural.Under the background of globalization and digitalization,the originality and market value of clothing design are more and more prominent.However,in the process of clothing pattern copyright protection,it is difficult to identify the originality,define the practical design and determine the infringement.These problems not only affect the legitimate rights and interests of the original designers of clothing patterns,but also make it difficult for the clothing industry to obtain strong legal protection in the rapidly changing market.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply explore the legal attributes of clothing pattern copyright and the challenges it faces,and analyze the deficiencies in the current legal system,so as to provide theoretical support for the reasonable protection of clothing pattern copyright.关键词
