Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with modified rehabilitation swallowing exercise in functional rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with dysphagia after stroke treated in Shanggao County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the study group received acupuncture combined with modified rehabilitation dysphagia therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,swallowing status,swallowing function,quality of life and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Water Swallow Test grade in the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Standardized Swallowing Assessment score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the Swallowing-Quality of Life score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 12.50%,which was higher than 7.50%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with modified rehabilitation swallowing exercises have a good effect on functional rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after stroke,which can improve their swallowing function and condition,improve their quality of life,with a certain level of security.关键词
