摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing mode on postoperative pain and knee joint function of patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery. Methods:A total of 68 patients who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery in the First People's Hospital of Linchuan District from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 34 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing mode on this basis. Both groups were treated for two weeks. The pain degree, knee joint function,operation-related indicators, nursing satisfaction score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the pain Numeric Rating Scale score of the observation group(3.67±0.48)points was lower than(4.12±0.57)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the pain score(37.98±4.13)points,activity score(16.97±1.47)points,stability score(19.65±2.38)points,walking ability score(40.14±3.87)points,and ability to climb up and down stairs score(38.46±2.37)points of the Knee Society Score in the observation group were all higher than(35.66±3.86)points,(12.88±4.34)points,(17.12±2.13)points,(37.88±2.51)points,and(35.12±2.36)points in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group(80.67±11.53)mL was less than(113.79±14.27)mL of the control group, the operation time(96.73±8.10)min,the first time to get out of bed after surgery(3.56±0.37)d,and the hospitalization time(11.96±2.87)d were all shorter than(130.41±12.24)min,(3.89±0.45)d,and(18.46±3.67)d of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.06%,higher than 76.47%of the control group, and the incidence of complications was 2.94%,lower than 23.53%of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery can effectively relieve pain, improve knee function and surgical indicators, help reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
