Abstract

Construction noise of municipal water supply and drainage project,as a part of construction noise,is unavoidable and significantly has an adverse impact on the living environment of surrounding residents because of its sustention and high intensity.In order to effectively deal with this problem,Chengdu was used as a case study in this paper,aiming to propose feasi-ble noise pollution prevention and control schemes through in-depth analysis.Based on the actual noise test data of the water supply and drainage project of Chengdu Environmental Water Construction Co.,Ltd.,the source of construction noise,such as the operation of construction machinery,and the key indicators of noise such as equivalent A sound level were analyzed in detail.This paper reveals the complexity and diversity of construction noise of municipal water supply and drainage engineering through the comprehensive application of field monitoring and data analysis.The results showed that construction noise mainly came from operation of heavy machinery and material processing,and the noise intensity was particularly prominent in a certain period of time.In this paper,from the perspectives of management measures and technical measures,the system solution is proposed to effectively reduce the impact of construction noise on the life of residents.
