摘要

Abstract

The development of new quality productivity requires vocational education to cultivate new high skilled workers,industry-education linkage to coordinate technological innovation,and forward-looking layout for talent cultivation in new industries.The integration of industry and education as a new model of education promotes the transition from"cooperation"to"symbiosis"between education and industry,and is an important carrier for developing new quality productivity.The Ninghai Industry-Education Integration Community plays a role in government coordination,industry aggregation,enterprise traction,school as main body,and third-party institution support,continuously improving the quality of skilled talent training,optimizing the talent supply structure and growth environment,forming a skilled talent cultivation system that is compatible with market demand and industrial structure,and empowering the development of new quality productivity in the county.
