Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the nursing effect of multi-disciplinary and multi-specialty joint management mode on patients with chronic wounds.Methods:A total of 837 patients with chronic wounds admitted to Shunde Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from September 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into an observation group(n=470)and a control group(n=367).The control group adopted the conventional management mode of nursing,and the observation group adopted the multi-disciplinary and multi-professional joint management mode of nursing.Clinical indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The number of dressing changes in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the healing time and average hospitalization days were shorter than those in the control group,the healing rate was higher than that in the control group,and the total medical cost was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.81%,which was higher than 89.65%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-disciplinary and multi-specialty joint management mode in the nursing of chronic wound patients can improve the nursing satisfaction and healing rate,reduce the number of dressing changes,reduce the cost of patients,and accelerate wound recovery.关键词
