Methodological quality assessment of guidelines for assessment and management of adult cancer pain
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the quality of guidelines for the assessment and management of adult cancer pain.Methods We searched guideline websites,professional websites and original research databases home and abroad for evidence-based guidelines related to the assessment and management of adult cancer pain.The search period spanned from the inception to 15 December 2024.AGREE Ⅱ was used by 7 researchers to assess the quality of the guidelines.Results A total of 15 guidelines were collected,including 1 domestic guideline and 14 foreign guidelines.The average standardized scores of six areas of the 15 guidelines were:scope and purpose(87.88%),participants(54.50%),rigor(58.40%),clarity(82.17%),applicability(41.67%),and independence(75.00%);the overall score was above the average.Conclusion Current guidelines for the assessment and management of adult cancer pain mainly come from foreign countries and their methodological quality needs to be improved.In the future,high-quality localized guidelines should be formulated to provide scientific guidance for clinical practice in China.关键词
