摘要

Abstract

In the era of digitalization,the level of digital literacy of vocational college teachers directly affects the cultivation of digital talents and the quality of vocational education development.The key to the digital transformation of vocational education lies in the digital literacy of teachers.This article explores the contemporary connotation and theoretical basis of the literacy needs of vocational college teachers in the context of digital intelligence education,and analyzes the real challenges faced by vocational college teachers,such as the conceptual dilemma,integration dilemma,training dilemma,and supervision dilemma.Based on this,this paper focuses on changing thinking patterns,reconstructing the knowledge system of vocational college teachers,developing teachers'literacy from the perspective of human-machine collaboration,optimizing the environment for cultivating digital literacy,and reconstructing the evaluation mechanism for digital literacy.
