2023年石家庄市恶性肿瘤发病与死亡情况分析
Cancer Incidence and Mortality in Shijiazhuang in 2023

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the incidence and mortality of cancer in cancer registration areas in Shijiazhuang,and provide evidence for formulating strategies for cancer prevention and control.Methods:The data of new cases and deaths were collected from 9 cancer registries in Shijiazhuang in 2023.The incidence,mortality and the top 10 cancers were calcu-lated by area,sex and age.Chinese population census in 2000 and Segi's population were used for calculating the age-standardized incidence and mortality rates.Results:A total of 13,915 new cases of malignant tumors were reported in Shiji-azhuang in 2023.The crude incidence,age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese and world standard population were 294.30/105,186.96/105 and 180.34/105.The cumulative incidence rate(0～74 years old)was 20.99%.The incidence was higher in males than in females,and higher in urban areas than in rural areas.The incidence was low in ages 0～39,soared afterwards,peaked in ages 75～79(1,145.45/105),and then began to decline in ages 80～84.Cancers with top 10 incidences were cancers of lung,female breast,thyroid,colo-rectum,stomach,liver,esophageal,kidney,lymphoma,cer-vix,accounting for 82.29%of total cancer cases.7,824 deaths of malignant tumors were reported,with a crude mortality rate of 165.48/105,the age-standardized mortality rate by Chinese standard population of 88.32/105,the age-standardized mortality rate by world standard population of 87.59/105,and the cumulative rate(0～74 years old)of 9.86%.The mortality rate of cancer was higher in males than in females,and higher in rural areas than in urban areas.The mortality rate was low in the ages 0～49,soared afterwards,and peaked at age 85(1,545.70/105).Cancers with top 10 mortality were cancer of lung,stomach,liver,colorectum,esophagus,pancreas,female breast,lymphoma,brain and leukemia,accounting for 75.14%of total cancer deaths.Conclusion:The incidence and mortality of cancers by area,sex and age in Shijiazhuang were lower than the national level.The cancers of lung,color-ectum,stomach,liver,esophagus and female breast were the major malignant tumors in Shijiazhuang.More attentions should be paid and preventive measures should be taken early for thyroid cancer.关键词
