声学测温装置耦合SNCR系统脱硝研究
Study on DeNOx Performance of Acoustic Thermometry Coupled with SNCR System

Abstract
In the oxynitride removal process of the waste-to-energy plants through selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR),the effective reaction temperature range for DeNOx is 850-1100℃,and the optimal reaction temperature range is 900-950℃.In this study,acoustic thermometry is adopted to measure the distribution of two-dimensional temperature field in a hearth section without time delay.The hearth section is virtually segmented into various zones based on the arrangement of spray nozzles of the SNCR system.The jetting status of each spray nozzle is controlled according to the measured temperature field,so as to ensure that the SNCR system always works within the optimal reaction temperature range under the changing operating conditions.The results showed that the acoustic temperature measurement device can be used for quickly and accurately reflecting the temperature changes of the flue gas in the first pass of a reaction incinerator,and its temperature measurement response time was 3-5 minutes faster than that of the thermocouple.By coupling the acoustic temperature measurement field with the SNCR system,the DeNOx efficiency has increased by 19.09%-25.62%when the ammonia water pump operated at a frequency of 35 Hz and increased by 5.98%-7.53%at a frequency of 50Hz,which strongly helps to reduce the consumption of reducing agents and the operating cost.关键词
