2020年绵阳市恶性肿瘤发病与死亡情况分析
Cancer Incidence and Mortality in Mianyang in 2020

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the incidence and mortality of cancers in Mianyang in 2020,explore the differences in the incidence and mortality rates of cancers among different sexes,ages and regions,and provide a basis for formulating pre-vention and control strategies for cancers in Mianyang.Methods:The cancer registration data were collected from 9 cancer registries in Mianyang.Incidence and mortality rates were stratified by sex,age and region.Age-standardized rates by Chinese standard population and by Segi's population,cumu-lative rate(0～74 years old),truncated rate(35～64 years old)and top 10 cancers were calculated.Results:In 2020,there were 15,908 new cases of cancer in Mianyang,with an incidence rate of 301.13/105,an age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population(ASIRC)of 161.95/105,an age-standardized incidence rate by world standard popula-tion(ASIRW)of 159.75/105,a cumulative incidence rate(0～74 years)of 18.31%and a truncated incidence of 251.14/105.The incidence rate of cancer in men was higher than that in women(353.27/105 vs 246.41/105,P<0.001).The age-specific incidence of cancer was at a low level at 0～34 years old,gradually increased with age after 35 years old,and the growth rate accelerated after 55 years old,reaching the peak in the 80～84-year-old age group.There were 10,642 cancer deaths,with a mortality rate of 201.45/105,an age-standardized mortality rate by Chinese standard population(ASMRC)of 99.40/105,an age-standardized mortality rate by world standard population(ASMRW)of 98.49/105,a cumulative mortali-ty rate(0～74 years)of 11.31%and a truncated mortality of 124.22/105.The mortality rate in men was higher than that in women(264.84/105 vs 134.92/105,P<0.001),and the mortality rate in rural areas was higher than that in urban areas(206.26/105 vs 191.33/105,P<0.001).Cancers in Mianyang in 2020 with the same top 5 incidence and mortality were lung cancer,stomach cancer,esophageal cancer,liver cancer and colorectal cancer.Conclusion:The incidence and mor-tality rates of cancer in Mianyang are higher in men than in women,and the mortality rate of cancer in rural areas is higher than that in urban areas.People over 55 years old are the high-risk group for cancer.These distribution characteristics can help guide the implementation of a comprehensive prevention and control strategy in Mianyang,including prevention,screen-ing,diagnosis and treatment.关键词
