Quality Evaluation of Opportunistic Screening for Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer in County-Level Public Hospitals in Sichuan Province Based on the Fuzzy Combination of TOPSIS and RSR

Abstract
Objective:To explore a comprehensive method for evaluating the quality of opportunistic screening for upper gastrointestinal cancer,providing a basis for improving screen-ing quality.Methods:A comprehensive evaluation of the quality of opportunistic screening for upper gastrointestinal cancer in 61 county-level public hospitals in Sichuan Province in 2022 was conducted using Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS),Rank-Sum Ratio(RSR)and their combination.The evaluation indicators in-cluded painlessness rate,biopsy rate,staining rate,detection rate,and early diagnosis rate.Results:Although the evalua-tion results of TOPSIS,RSR,and the fuzzy combination of TOPSIS and RSR were not completely consistent,the overall trends tended to be consistent.Results of the fuzzy combination of TOPSIS and RSR showed that hospitals with the top five screening quality were H9,H33,H30,H45 and H8,and those with the bottom five were H50,H43,H15,H21 and H49.The county-level public hospitals with high screening quality rankings were mainly distributed in Nanchong,Mianyang and Deyang,while the those with low screening quality rankings were mainly distributed in Aba Prefecture,Liangshan Prefecture and Ya'an.Conclusion:Although there are some differences in the ranking results of screening quality by TOPSIS,RSR and the fuzzy combinations of TOPSIS and RSR with three different ratios,the overall trends are basically the same.The fuzzy combination of TOPSIS and RSR can more scientifically,reasonably,objectively and accurately evaluate the quality of upper gastrointestinal cancer screening in county-level public hospitals in Sichuan Province.The quality of opportunistic screening for upper gastrointestinal cancer in county-level public hospitals in Sichuan Province varies greatly,with significant differences between institutions and regions.关键词
