阿坝藏族羌族自治州居民防癌核心知识知晓率及影响因素分析
Awareness Rate of Core Knowledge about Cancer Prevention among Resi-dents in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and Its Influen-cing Factors

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the awareness of the core knowledge about cancer prevention among residents in Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and explore the influencing factors,so as to provide basic data and evidence for formulating public education programs on cancer preven-tion.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted a-mong 519 permanent residents in Aba Prefecture by using a convenient sampling method and electronic questionnaires to collect their basic demographic characteristics and knowledge a-bout cancer prevention.A database was established by WPS spreadsheets,and the χ2 test and multiple linear regression a-nalysis were performed by using SPSS 22.0.Results:The overall awareness rate of core knowledge about cancer prevention among the residents was 70.07%.Females(72.75%),urban residents(73.27%),people of Han nationality(75.90%),employees of government institutions(73.96%),non-smokers(71.77%),individuals with college degree or above(73.40%),and those with family history of cancer(77.44%)had relatively high awareness rates(all P<0.001).The re-sults of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that ethnic group,sex,family history of cancer,education level and self-rated health status were influencing factors for Aba residents'awareness levels.Conclusion:The awareness rate of core knowledge about cancer prevention among residents in Aba Prefecture has met the requirements of the Healthy China Action,and it is necessary to enhance the scientific awareness of cancer prevention among key populations and intensify the dissemi-nation of knowledge on cancer basic concepts and risk factors.关键词
