2020～2023年佛山市南海区适龄女性人乳头瘤病毒疫苗接种情况分析
Analysis of Human Papillomavirus Vaccination among Age-Eligible Women in Nanhai District,Foshan,2020～2023

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the status of human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccination among age-eligible women in Nanhai District,Foshan,and provide scientific basis for guiding the rational use of HPV vaccines.Methods:Guangdong Vaccine Circulation and Vaccination Information Management System was used to collect HPV vaccination information of 9～45-year-old women vaccinated in 3 vaccination clinics at Community Health Service Center of Dali Town in Nanhai District from 2020 to 2023.The total number of people receiv-ing HPV vaccines and full vaccination rate were calculated.And descriptive analysis on the age,regional distribution and other characteristics of the vaccinated subjects were per-formed.Results:The number of people receiving HPV vaccines in Nanhai District of Foshan from 2020 to 2023 increased year by year.A total of 6,137 cases were administered with the first dose of HPV vaccine,including 4,324 cases of 2-valent vaccine(70.46%),693 cases of 4-valent vaccine(11.29%)and 1,120 cases of 9-valent vaccine(18.25%).A total of 2,270 cases were fully vaccinated with 799 cases of 2-valent vaccine(35.20%),693 cases of 4-valent vaccine(30.53%)and 778 cases of 9-valent vaccine(34.27%).The 9～15 age group(66.21%)was highest in the number of people receiv-ing the first dose of HPV vaccine.The age distribution of full HPV vaccination was relatively average.People with the first dose of HPV vaccination and full HPV vaccination were mainly non-local registered residents,with the proportion of 61.37%and 66.30%.The first dose and full vaccination rates of HPV vaccine were 1.23%and 0.46%,respectively.The first dose vaccination rates of age groups ranged from 0.38%(36～45 years old)to 8.06%(9～15 years old),and gradually de-creased with age(χ2trend=26,919.316,P<0.001).The full vaccination rates of age groups ranged from 0.33%(36～45 years old)to 1.00%(9～15 years old),and gradually decreased with age(χ2trend=670.772,P<0.001).Conclusion:The number of people receiving HPV vaccines in Nanhai District of Foshan increased year by year from 2020 to 2023,and the vaccination rate among eligible population is relatively low.关键词
