摘要

Abstract

High-quality development requires new productivity theories for guidance.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized the need for localized development of new quality productivity.Modern infrastructure is a crucial pillar supporting high-quality economic and social development in the new era.Safety management in infrastructure construction plays a vital role in harnessing the advantages of new quality productivity,facilitating the deep integration of the physical and digital economies,and reaching the ambitious management goals of"Zero accidents and zero fatalities".Drawing on safety management practices in power generation projects,this paper analyzes the intelligent safety management needs for infrastructure projects.It also explores theoretical innovations in closed-loop control of intelligent safety management and the preliminary development of"Intelligent safety"large language model in engineering construction.The results provide valuable insights for enhancing safety management in similar construction projects.
