隧道CD法施工不同开挖台阶长度对围岩稳定的影响
Influence of Different Step Lengths on the Stability of Surrounding Rock in Tunnel CD Method Construction

Abstract
In order to simulate the excavation process of CD method construction of a class V rock tunnel,the FLAC3D software is used to design four kinds of excavation step lengths,such as 3,5,7 m and 9 m,and the variation rules of the surrounding rock settlement and the horizontal convergence,stress and plastic zone under four kinds of excavation steps are compared from three aspects of the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock,the characteristics of load distribution and the changes in the damage of surrounding rock.The results show that,(a)in the early stage of excavation,the surrounding rock settlement rate is fast,the deformation is significant near the excavation surface with a gradient distribution,and under different step lengths,the trends of surrounding rock settlement and horizontal convergence are similar and gradually increase with the increase of step length;(b)the surrounding rock force is non-linear,the stress near the excavation surface is concentrated,and away from the excavation surface the stress is gradually reduced;and(c)with the increase of step length,the surrounding rock damage increases,which is mainly tensile damage,and the appropriate reduction of step length can narrow the damage range.关键词
