摘要
Abstract
In the lightweight design of dump trucks,significant differences across lifting trunks,serving as a main load-bearing component,from different manufacturers can be found,thus offering ample scope for improvement.Implementing finite element analysis and structural optimization for the upper structure is crucial for reducing the overall production costs and energy consumption of the whole equipment.In this paper,the characteristics of superstructure were analyzed,a three-dimensional solid model was established,which is subsequently imported into Ansys Workbench.There,under several typical working conditions,the corresponding loads and constraints were set,and the static performance was analyzed.According to the calculation results,the corresponding structure was optimized and an ideal model convenient for lightweight design was obtained.The unconstrained free mode of the structure was solved,which proves that the structure has good dynamic performance and can effectively avoid resonance caused by external excitation.关键词
