Abstract
In high tropical regions,container bridge cranes at certain ports experience excessive oil temperatures in their hoisting reducers during heavy-duty operations.Temperature rise leads to a reduction in the viscosity of the gear oil,diminishing both the lubrication and wear resistance,which in turn significantly influences the reducer's service life.Consequently,the implementation and widespread application of lubrication and cooling systems for hoisting reducers are essential.A comprehensive overview of the structure,performance characteristics,working principles,control scheme design,and application of the lubrication and cooling system specifically tailored for the hoisting reducers of container bridge cranes is given in this paper.关键词
