摘要

Abstract

The pump station project under study is a Class Ⅱ large(2)type pump station hub with a design flow rate of 97.8 m3/s.It employs six vertical semi-regulated mixed-flow pumps,each equipped with an elbow inlet flow passage.The inlet flow passages of the pump station directly influence internal flow patterns,hydraulic performance of the flow passage,and pump installation efficiency.Based on the preliminary design scheme and considering the main design parameters of the prototype pump,this research conducts CFD optimization studies on the inlet flow passages of the pump station.Comprehensive evaluations are made from aspects such as internal flow patterns,hydraulic losses in the flow passage,and pump installation efficiency to ultimately determine the profile lines and design parameters of the inlet flow passages,achieving CFD optimization design.The research findings can provide references for the design of similar pump stations.
