摘要

Abstract

[Objective]With the rapid development of intelligent substations,their position in the power system is becoming increasingly important.Intelligent substations have characteristics such as networked information sharing,and SCD files,as a key data source for operation,are directly related to the correctness of relay protection actions within the substations.However,the current SCD virtual circuit check faces many difficulties.The manual check method has a huge workload and a low efficiency and is prone to omissions when facing a large amount of virtual circuit information,requiring a high professional level of personnel.The check technology based on fixed rules has extremely complicated check rules due to the influences of many complex factors,such as the voltage level,main wiring form,bay type,device type,and protection function requirements,on virtual circuits of the intelligent substation,and its reliability and maintainability are difficult to guarantee.In this context,this study is committed to improving the adaptability and accuracy of the automatic check technology for virtual circuits of intelligent substations,involving related areas such as the overall architecture and operation guarantee of the secondary system of intelligent substations,which is of great significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of substations.[Methods]This paper adopted a method based on a standard model.After in-depth analysis of the factors influencing SCD virtual circuit check,a standard model was constructed to adapt to the differences.Professional personnel constructed and maintained the ICD standard virtual terminal model library according to the voltage level,wiring form,device type,etc.,and its identification was unique.At the same time,the mapping model between the ICD manufacturer's virtual terminal and the standard virtual terminal was established.The expression method and data structure of the mapping file were clarified,and the precise corresponding relationship between the two was recorded.The standard virtual circuit model was constructed,considering various influencing factors comprehensively,and maintained and released by professional personnel to provide an accurate basis for check.In the specific check process,the identification of the interoperability relationship object between devices was generated by analyzing the SCD file,and the analyzed virtual circuit data was compared with the standard virtual circuit model to accurately calculate the correct,redundant,and missing circuit conditions by using the logical operation difference set of the mathematical model set.[Results]The method in this paper can effectively solve the problem of SCD virtual circuit check through the standard model and supporting processes,improving the check accuracy to a certain extent and having the ability to effectively deal with various differences.[Conclusion]This paper proposed a new check mode based on the standard model,which has obvious advantages in accuracy compared with traditional methods.It can provide strong technical support for the formulation of operation and maintenance management policies of intelligent substations and help standardize the construction,operation,and maintenance standards of the industry.In terms of academic exchange value,it opens up a new path for the research of the secondary system of intelligent substations and provides an important reference for the subsequent research of virtual circuit check technology in aspects such as model construction and data processing.
