Optimization strategy of EV-station-grid coordination based on mental accounting
摘要
Abstract
[Objectiv e]With the significant increase in the number of electric vehicles(EVs),transportation is gradually transitioning toward electrification.EV loads have dual attributes of transportation and electricity,which results in more complex spatio-temporal randomness of charging loads and thus makes it more difficult to explore the patterns of charging loads.The large-scale and disorderly integration of EV loads into the power grid undoubtedly leads to excessive voltage fluctuations,affecting the stability of the power system and posing hidden dangers to distribution network scheduling.Therefore,it is imperative to explore the travel patterns of EV users and develop effective charging guidance strategies.[Methods]In response to the problem of unbalanced regional load distribution,this paper proposeed an EV-station-grid collaborative optimization strategy based on mental accounting,which sufficiently considered bounded rationality of users and regulates the charging behaviors from the user side.Based on behavioral economics,this study first comprehensively analyzed various factors influencing the charging decision-making behavior of EV users and constructed a single-attribute value function.On this basis,multidimensional attributes were integrated according to the theory of mental accounting,and attribute weights were assigned to construct a charging decision model that considers users'bounded rationality.[Results]A non-cooperative game price mechanism considering the voltage fluctuation index and users'charging cost was constructed to guide users orderly charging through price,so as to optimize the power quality of the grid,reduce users'charging cost,and protect the basic interests of charging station operators.The simulation results verify the effectiveness and superiority of the collaborative strategy proposed in this paper.[Conclusion]In summary,this paper proposed a charging guidance strategy considering bounded rationality under EV-station-grid coupling.By constructing a non-cooperative game model between the power grid and charging users,real-time charging prices for each charging station were formulated to guide users'charging decision-making behavior,thereby changing the spatio-temporal distribution of fast charging loads.This strategy has significant effects on improving the efficiency of charging station operators,reducing users'waiting time,and enhancing the power quality of the distribution network.It is of great significance for smoothing load fluctuations and maintaining power grid stability and economical operation.The highlight of this paper is the construction of a multi-attribute charging decision model considering bounded rationality of users based on mental accounting,which simulates the bounded rationality and learning process of users,deeply integrates behavioral decision theory with power systems and transportation studies,and can more efficiently guide the orderly charging behavior of EV users,helping the safe and stable operation of the power grid.关键词
