Study on the Evaluation of Emergency Response Capability of Hydropower Project Accidents Considering Incomplete Information

Abstract
In order to objectively evaluate the emergency response capability of hydropower engineering accidents,firstly,an accident emergency assessment index system is established based on the characteristics of hydropower engineering accidents;secondly,a game theory combined weighting model is established under the condition of incomplete information of evaluation index weights,and a hydropower engineering accident emergency response capability assessment model is established in combination with the PHFWMGSM average operator;finally,a case analysis is conducted.The results show that the hydropower engineering accident emergency response capability assessment model considering incomplete information is in line with the actual situation and is applicable and scientific.The research results have important reference significance for objectively evaluating the level of hydropower engineering accident emergency response capability.关键词
