代乳料对黔北麻羊羔羊生长发育、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响
Effects of milk replacer on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and economic benefits of lambs of Qianbei Ma sheep

Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of milk replacer on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and economic benefits of lambs of Qianbei Ma Sheep.Sixty weaned lambs of 30-day-old Qianbei Ma sheep with similar body weight and good body condition were divided into four groups with 15 replicates per group and one lamb per replicate.Test group A(control group)was fed naturally,test group B was fed milk replacer and breast milk alternately,test group C was fed milk replacer at 30 days of age,and test group D was fed milk replacer at 40 days of age.The pre-test lasted for five days and the formal test lasted for 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)of lambs in test group D was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in test group D were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of globulin(ALB)and calcium ion(Ca2+),growth hormone(GH),and the activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in test group D were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The profit of lambs in test group D was the highest,which was 90.24 yuan higher than that in control group.The study indicates that feeding milk replacer at 40 days of age can growth performance,enhance the risk of disease resistance and increase the economic benefits of Qianbei Ma Sheep.关键词
