Abstract
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different levels of compound probiotics on the growth performance,intestinal microbes,and immune function of nursery pigs.A total of 160 healthy nursery pigs with no significant weight differences were randomly divided into four groups,with four replicates per group and 10 nursery pigs per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,while test groups 1,2,and 3 were fed diets supplemented with 100,200,and 400 g/t of compound probiotics,respectively.The pre-test period was one week and the formal test period was four weeks.The results showed that compared to the control group,the final weight and average daily weight gain of nursery pigs in test group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the diarrhea rate of nursery pigs in test groups 2 and 3 was extremely decreased(P<0.01).Compared to the control group,the Shannon index of intestinal microbes in all test groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),with an extremely increase in the relative abundance of Cyanobacteria and Bacteroidetes(P<0.01),and a significant decrease in the relative abundance of Streptococcus(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Firmicutes was extremely decreased(P<0.01),and the relative abundance of Lactobacillus was significantly increased in test groups 2 and 3(P<0.05).The relative abundance of Prevotella was significantly increased in test groups 1 and 2(P<0.05),and the relative abundance of Escherichia was significantly decreased in test group 2(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and interleukin-4(IL-4)in the serum of nursery pigs in test group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the level of interleukin-6(IL-6)was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the level of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in the serum was significantly increased in test groups 2 and 3(P<0.05).The level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was significantly increased in test groups 1 and 2(P<0.05).The study indicates that compound probiotics can improve the growth performance and the structure of intestinal flora of nursery pigs,and enhance the body's immune function,with the best effect at an addition level of 200 g/t.关键词
